Joel Siegel has been active in professional music for nearly 25 years as a saxophonist, arranger, producer, and songwriter. He holds a degree in Studio Music and Jazz Performance from the University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL), and studied jazz arranging and composition as a graduate student at the Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY).
Joel traveled with the Artie Shaw Orchestra before touring for three years as saxophonist and musical director for gospel recording artists "Truth". From 1993 to 2000, he was musical director and arranger for Kenneth Hagin Ministries in Tulsa, Oklahoma, during which time he produced eight CD's including his first solo release, "Trust & Obey".
Joel has toured internationally as a professional musician to Mexico, The Bahamas, Jamaica, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Romania, South Korea, The Philippines, Canada, and the U.S. He has appeared on stage with many Christian and secular artists including Don Moen, Ron Kenoly, Alvin Slaughter, Aretha Franklin, Ben Vereen, Frankie Valli, and The Temptations. |
